For a 3 day city trip this Hotel was ideal. It was in a central position with easy walking access to the port area and shopping, whilst not in the classier Recolleta area it was still fine to walk around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always there to help. Hotel faciilties were excellant with a superb pool area. Food at the hotel was also very good.Would reccommend this hotel to most

The modern rooms were comfortable and great location, just a two-minute walk from the shops and awesome eateries in the area. We loved visiting the local attractions. The park nearby is a must-see!

One downside was the dining experience. The lunch at the restaurant lacked variety, and the steak I had was disappointing. Definitely room for improvement in their menu!
